Subscriptions

Paid NotYourMaid access may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

• Subscription charges are billed in advance at the interval shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You authorize the payment provider shown at checkout to charge your selected payment method or store account for recurring amounts and applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by that store's billing terms.

NotYourMaid Free, Temporary Access, And Introductory Offers

NotYourMaid Free is for one person: three rooms, up to ten chores in each room, and the Today and Assign views, with no time limit and no card. Adding a second person, a fourth room, or more than ten chores in a room or thirty in all needs a NotYourMaid Household subscription. A household already over the room or chore limits keeps what it has but cannot add more until it subscribes.

Eligible new households may receive 14 days of NotYourMaid Household without a card. That access ends automatically, does not become a paid subscription, and does not create a charge. When it ends, the household moves to NotYourMaid Free. If more than one person is in the household, the owner chooses to subscribe or to keep only themselves on NotYourMaid Free. Keeping only the owner pauses everyone else; nothing is deleted, and they return when the household subscribes. Card-backed or store offers follow the terms shown at checkout.

We may deny or limit temporary NotYourMaid Household access for reasons including prior use, billing history, promotion misuse, or other reasonable abuse-prevention rules. Starting a paid plan may use only the time remaining in that access period.

Auto-Renewal

Unless canceled before renewal, your subscription automatically renews for the same or a similar billing period and your payment method will be charged at the then-current price, plus applicable taxes, unless we tell you otherwise.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the billing provider that manages your subscription.

• Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
• Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, cancellation does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred.
• Access generally continues through the end of the paid billing period or trial period then in effect.
• Apple App Store subscriptions must be canceled in Apple Subscriptions. Google Play subscriptions must be canceled in Google Play.
• Deleting your NotYourMaid account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or mid-cycle cancellation.

If you believe a direct NotYourMaid charge was made in error, contact support@housiqhq.com promptly.

Apple controls refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store, and Google controls refunds for purchases made through Google Play. Request a store-purchase refund directly from the applicable store; NotYourMaid support cannot issue or promise those refunds.

Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are in a jurisdiction that gives consumers a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right for online purchases, those rights apply to the extent required by law.

If digital service begins immediately after purchase, applicable law may allow that withdrawal right to be reduced or lost after you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the legal effect, where such consent is required.

Price Changes

We may change prices prospectively. If required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice before the new price applies to a renewal.

Taxes

Prices may exclude taxes, duties, levies, VAT, GST, or similar charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where required, those amounts may be added at checkout or included in the displayed price depending on your location.

Tax calculation, tax display, and the jurisdictions in which we collect tax may depend on our payment processor settings, your billing location, and our tax registration obligations at the time of purchase.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the charge. We may suspend or limit access if valid payment cannot be collected.

Promotions And Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may have separate terms, expiration dates, regional limits, or one-time-use restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by providers such as Apple, Google, and Stripe. NotYourMaid does not store full payment card details. Your use of a payment flow may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
